Shipping Policy

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. Ready to ship ordered will be dispached in 3-4 days and made on order pieces will be dispatched in 7-10 working days.

2. The Firm shall provide free delivery/shipping on all products except in cases where shipments are to be made to remote areas/ not provided on the Website. 

3. The Firm shall send you an email and SMS on the date of dispatch of the purchased product, including details of the expected date of delivery, tracking reference number, etc. For the sake of clarity, it must be noted that all delivery dates are estimates only.

4. International orders above INR 2,00,000/- are eligible for free shipping, excluding the custom duties. For orders under INR 20,00,000/- we charge a minimal fee of INR 11,000 and the custom duty needs to be bourned by the customer. 

5. In case of any noticeable damages upon delivery, do highlight to your respective sales agents or on our official WhatsApp number (+91 7045141062) within 24hours of delivery. Any issues that gets highlighted later will not be entertained.
