Return and Refund Policy

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

1. The Firm will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product under any circumstances as every product is specially handcrafted once the order is placed. However, under exceptional circumstances, the User can contact the Firm’s customer support team who shall, after due verification of proof and based on other considerations deal with such issues on a case to case basis. For the sake of clarity, such considerations shall be made at the Firm’s sole discretion.

2. It must be noted that the Firm shall not be liable for the cost of return/insurance for the postage/courier. This shall entirely be your responsibility.

3. Any advance made to the Firm is not refundable at any circumstance as we handcraft each product. 

4. At the time of exchange or return, 20% will be deducted on the billed value and if any damages are there in product that will be beared by the customer only. GST, Labour Charges, Stone Cost and Wastage if any will not be adjusted of refunded under any circumstances. No repair should be done from anywhere except our showroom, our experts would inspect the item. Polki Jewellery is the most Luxurious Hand crafted Jewellery . Diamond, Polki and Gold quantity cannot be measured accurately and hence it may vary. Diamond Polki has no specific return and exchange value, it entirely depends on the condition of jewellery at the time of exchange or return.
